In this lesson we learn to take the pressure off of ourselves; to be childlike and to imitate God through joy, through creating, through showing compassion (to ourselves too) and through our Tai Chi. We look at how our Tai Chi movements are a metaphor of God's creation, God's energy and the balance of nature.
There is a Qigong movement at the end of the video to "play" at Tai Chi, imitating God's act of creation.
This lesson is based on Ephesians 5:1-2
"Therefore become imitators of God [copy him and follow His example], as well beloved children [imitate their father]..."
